What is coaching?

A coach is exactly what is sounds like. A coach is someone who brings out your best through your relationship. Coaches help you identify your goals and hold you accountable as you work to achieve them. They can help improve performance, reduce stress, and help you achieve your full potential.

Coaches are not therapists though they can work concurrently with other mental health professionals. Coaches are focused on the future as opposed to the past.

Coaches are not consultants. For example, coaches will not help with college admissions counseling. However, they will hold you accountable for doing what you said you were going to do.

All of our coaches have been trained in one of the International Coaching Federation approved programs and have many hours of coaching experience.

Who gets coached?

Teens come into coaching for many reasons including a desire to be more focused, manage their stress, be held accountable, get better organized, and have a support system.

How does coaching work?

Our coaching starts with a free 30-minute session in which we get to know each other. We have several coaches to ensure the best fit.

‚ÄčOnce the relationship is established, the coach and client will either meet weekly or every other week. Meetings will take place over the phone, Skype, Facetime, or in-person.

What does coaching cost?

Coaching is for those who are ready and willing to connect with their potential. Our sessions can incorporate anything from career/major clarification, to better study habits, to working through personal challenges. While coaching is not therapy, it is a great vehicle for moving into the best version of one's self.

Blue Package

  • 5 hour-long coaching sessions

Purple Package

  • 10 hour-long coaching sessions

Rose Package

  • 20 hour-long coaching sessions

Gold Package

  • Up to 50 hours of coaching or a year's worth of coaching
