A coach is exactly what is sounds like. A coach is someone who brings out your best through your relationship. Coaches help you identify your goals and hold you accountable as you work to achieve them. They can help improve performance, reduce stress, and help you achieve your full potential.
Coaches are not therapists though they can work concurrently with other mental health professionals. Coaches are focused on the future as opposed to the past.
Coaches are not consultants. For example, coaches will not help with college admissions counseling. However, they will hold you accountable for doing what you said you were going to do.
All of our coaches have been trained in one of the International Coaching Federation approved programs and have many hours of coaching experience.
