Leaving home may feel a little overwhelming, but it also feels good to see your plans moving forward.

During this one-day event, you will learn about:

  • Your own personality type

  • Setting personal internal and external boundaries

  • Techniques to improve your academic and personal resiliency

  • Time management

  • Accessing university support systems

  • What to do if you get in academic trouble

  • Maximizing your GPA for graduate school and job opportunities

  • and much more...

Upon enrolling, participants will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to be used throughout the day.

Rising college freshman or any high school graduate wanting a better understanding of themselves and a plan for the future.
